The GTC are available at the bottom of each page on the website and must be reviewed and explicitly accepted before placing an order. By clicking the "Order" button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the GTC without limitation or condition. Any use of the website implies your full acceptance of these terms.

Registration on the Website
To purchase a product, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have legal capacity, or if you are a minor, be able to provide proof of consent from your legal representatives. When placing an order, you will need to provide your personal information (name, address, and phone number) to ensure proper delivery of the product. You also have the option, though it is not required, to create an account to save your information and view past orders in the "My Account" section. Registration is free. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed. You are responsible for any consequences of providing false or inaccurate information.

Registration Process
When creating a customer account, you will need to choose an email address and password, which will be required each time you access your account. Your personal information is protected by this password, ensuring only you can access it. Anselin Louis recommends that you keep your password private and log out after each session to prevent unauthorized access. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password. If your login credentials are lost, stolen, or used without authorization, you must notify Anselin Louis immediately via email at anselin@anselinlouis.com. Anselin Louis can assist you with resetting your password if needed.

Account Deletion
You can close your account at any time by sending an email to anselin@anselinlouis.com. Anselin Louis will deactivate your account as quickly as possible and will send you a confirmation email once it has been closed.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page of the website. Anselin Louis strives to provide accurate descriptions and images, but please note that colors and photos may differ slightly due to variations in internet browsers or screens. Additionally, there may be minor errors on the website, which you acknowledge and accept. If the product you receive does not match its description, you can exercise your right of withdrawal which may result in an exchange or refund (in whole or in part). You can cancel your order for the affected item(s) and, if applicable, receive a refund to the original payment method within thirty (30) days.

Product Availability
Anselin Louis aims to deliver your products within the indicated time frame, but relies on external carriers for delivery. If a product is unavailable, it is usually noted on the product page, and you will be notified if it is restocked. If unavailability was not mentioned when you placed your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. In case of unavailability, we may offer you a similar product of equal quality and price, with your agreement. If you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund for any unavailable products within thirty (30) days of payment.Article 5
Prices
The prices of the products sold on the website are listed per item and reference and are stated in euros. These prices include all applicable French taxes (TTC), but exclude shipping fees, which are the Customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the delivery area.
Customs duties and any taxes imposed upon delivery to certain countries are not included in the prices and are also the Customer’s responsibility.
The prices that apply are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed. Any changes in the legal VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the product prices upon its implementation.
Anselin Louis reserves the right to:
- modify the sales prices on the website at any time,
- and cancel any order placed due to a pricing error that results in the sale of an item at a price significantly lower than its actual value.

Placing an Order on the Anselin Louis Website

Order and Payment Process
You can confirm your order by following the steps outlined below. This confirmation constitutes your acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
To place an order for an item visible on the website www.petroneparis.fr, simply follow the steps below. After reviewing your order details (such as color, quantity, size, price, etc.), click the “Confirm” button to confirm your product selection. If you are eligible for a special offer, you must enter the provided discount code in the designated field before proceeding, with a limit of one discount code per order.
For your first order, you will need to complete a form with the following details: title, first name, last name, full delivery address, email address, and phone number.
You can pay by credit card directly on the site. After confirming your payment method, you will irrevocably confirm your order. To complete your payment by credit card, confirm your delivery and billing address, product selection, and total price. Then, enter your credit card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code, and finalize your order by clicking the "Confirm" button.
Article 6.2
Payment Default
Anselin Louis reserves the right to refuse delivery or fulfillment of an order if you have not fully paid for a previous order or if there is an ongoing payment dispute.

Anselin Louis verifies all orders placed on its website to protect against fraudulent practices. We may request any necessary documents to process your order, such as proof of address or bank debit proof in your name, or proof of address for the person listed as the delivery recipient.

Anselin Louis reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if you have a payment-related dispute.
Reselling products purchased on the website is strictly prohibited. Therefore, each order is limited to a maximum of fifty (50) items.

Payment

Payment Security
To ensure the security of payments, Anselin Louis uses the PayPlug secure payment service on its website. This service incorporates SSL security standards. Confidential data (the 16-digit credit card number, expiration date, and CVX code) is directly transmitted in encrypted form to the bank's server without passing through the physical server used by Anselin Louis. Once the order is validated, the payment request is routed in real-time to the secure payment manager, which sends an authorization request to the card network. The payment manager then issues an electronic certificate that serves as proof of the transaction amount and date, in accordance with Articles 1316 and following of the Civil Code.
Article 7.2
In Case of Payment Refusal
If your bank refuses to debit your card or another payment method, you must contact Anselin Louis's Customer Service to arrange payment using another valid method. Anselin Louis may then provide a secure payment link to allow you to complete the payment.
If, for any reason (such as opposition, refusal, or other), the transfer of funds owed by you is not possible, your order will be canceled, and the sale will be automatically rescinded.
Article 8
Delivery
Anselin Louis delivers to France, all EU countries, and select international destinations. Orders are prepared within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), or up to 3 working days during peak times (e.g., Christmas, sales).
Delivery methods available include:
- Home delivery or pickup points for mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, and Andorra;
- Home delivery or pickup points for other European countries;
- Home delivery for non-EU countries.
Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and order amount. Specific regions may have free delivery for orders over a certain value, while others may have varying shipping costs based on the delivery method chosen.
Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address. Incorrect or missing details may result in failed delivery, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Article 8.1
Delivery Times
Delivery times indicated on the website are estimates and reflect average processing and delivery times, excluding any unforeseen events or force majeure situations beyond Anselin Louis's control (such as customs, transport delays, weather conditions, etc.). While Anselin Louis strives to ensure timely delivery, the delivery date is not guaranteed. To help meet these deadlines, you must provide accurate and complete delivery information (e.g., street number, building number, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers).
Article 8.2
Delivery in Overseas Territories
Delivery in overseas territories typically occurs within ten (10) working days from order receipt, excluding any unforeseen events or force majeure situations that could delay delivery, independently of Anselin Louis’s control.

International Delivery
International delivery is typically completed within fifteen (15) working days from order receipt, excluding any unforeseen events or force majeure situations that could delay delivery, independently of Anselin Louis’s control.
Article 8.4
Delivery Address
You can request that the items be delivered to your home, office, a third party, or even a vacation location, as well as to any other person of your choice. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided, which must be correct, complete, and sufficient to ensure proper delivery (including name, access codes, mobile phone number of the recipient, postal code, etc.). In case of an error in the delivery details, Anselin Louis will not be responsible for any failure to deliver the products. You are accountable for the information you provide.
Article 8.5
Absence at Delivery
If you're not present at the delivery address, the carrier will send a message offering the option to reschedule the delivery. If the package is not collected within the designated time frame, it will be returned to Anselin Louis. You will need to contact Anselin Louis's Customer Service to arrange reshipment, and shipping fees will apply.
If the package is returned due to non-collection, refusal of delivery, or refusal to pick up from a designated point, you can request reshipment by providing a new address, with shipping fees applicable.
If you request a refund, a fee will be deducted to cover the shipping costs. If the Customer fails to retrieve the package within the legal time, and it does not reach Anselin Louis (e.g., lost during reshipment), the Customer assumes responsibility and will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Article 8.6
Track Your Package
Once your package leaves Anselin Louis's warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status on the carrier’s website (e.g., La Poste, GLS, Mondial Relay).
Each delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to you, as confirmed by the tracking information provided by the carrier.

Delivery Delay
If the tracking system does not provide updated information, you should contact Anselin Louis’s Customer Service for an investigation. Delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., war, riots, fire, flooding, strikes, accidents, supply issues) relieve Anselin Louis of its delivery obligations. You are responsible for verifying the delivery upon arrival and should report any issues, including refusing the package if it appears damaged. Any claims must be sent to the applicable shipping company and selected carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Return Conditions and Exchanges
Article 9.1
Returns
For any order placed on the website, you may return products that do not meet your satisfaction. You can request a full or partial refund or exchange the product for a different size or model, up to the value of your original order. You have the right of withdrawal, which can be exercised within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive the product.
According to Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal period ends fourteen (14) days after you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the product.
Returns are free within Metropolitan France, except during sales, private sales, or event-based sales, and for discounted orders. Exchanges are limited to one per order and are only allowed for products of equivalent or higher value. Products for exchange must be in new, unworn condition with intact packaging. Returns of damaged, stained, worn, soiled, incomplete, or washed products will not be refunded or exchanged and will be available for you to pick up at your expense.
To request a refund or exchange, contact Anselin Louis through the contact form on the website. Anselin Louis will respond within seventy-two (72) hours (business days).
For returns requesting a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. During sales or for discounted orders, all returns are at your expense, even if the order contains both discounted and non-discounted products.
You have fourteen (14) days from the date of your return request to ship the product back to Anselin Louis. After this period, returns may be refused. The product must be returned in its original condition—unworn (only tried on over undergarments), unwashed, and in its original packaging—to:

The risk of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable method (e.g., registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt). Goods remain your responsibility until they reach us, and a refund will only be issued once the product is received in saleable condition.
Article 9.2
In the case of a refund
Returned products will be refunded within a maximum of fourtee (14) days from the date Anselin Louis receives them. Once we receive, inspect, and approve the products, the refund will be processed to the bank account you used for the original purchase.
If your return does not meet the terms and conditions, including the return or exchange requirements, Anselin Louis reserves the right to withhold the refund for the affected products.
Article 9.3
Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your products by notifying Anselin Louis through the contact form. Once you have notified us, you have fourteen (14) days to return the products in their original, unused condition and packaging so they can be resold as new.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or unsealed products (like socks), or to items that have been used for health or hygiene reasons. It also doesn't apply to worn, damaged, soiled, or incomplete products (without original packaging, labels, etc.).
If your return is eligible, we’ll issue a refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products or proof of shipment, whichever comes first. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). If you paid with store credit or a gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit or a new voucher.
Article 10
Warranties and Liability
Article 10.1
Responsibilities
Anselin Louis's liability will not be engaged in the case of non-performance or poor performance of contractual obligations attributed to you, particularly when entering your order details.
Anselin Louis will not be held responsible or deemed to have failed in these terms if a delay or non-performance is caused by a force majeure event, as defined by the relevant case law in French courts.
Furthermore, you agree to familiarize yourself with the product's precautions for use as indicated on the product or its packaging. Anselin Louis will not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage, directly or indirectly, related to the improper use of a product.
Article 10.2
Access to the Anselin Louis website
Anselin Louis is not responsible if the website is inaccessible or experiences access issues or bugs for any reason. For all steps including accessing the site, browsing, filling out forms, placing orders, and product delivery, Anselin Louis has an obligation of means only and cannot be held liable for inconveniences or damages arising from issues outside its control, such as disruptions, external intrusions, or computer viruses.
Additionally, any event of force majeure, as defined by the French Court of Cassation, exempts Anselin Louis from all responsibility. You benefit from the warranties provided by the brands featured on the website.
Anselin Louis also reserves the right to feature third parties on the website and is not responsible for third-party sites you may be directed to from the website.
Article 10.3
Legal Warranties
It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt. Anselin Louis is subject to the legal warranty concerning defective products under Articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code. You may invoke the warranty against defects under Article 1641, and in such cases, you can choose to either cancel the sale or receive a price reduction as per Article 1644.

Dispute Management
These terms and conditions are governed by French law, and the language used is French. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 11
Intellectual Property
All products, as well as the texts, comments, photos, brands, graphics, concepts, illustrations, and images on the website, are the exclusive property of Anselin Louis and are protected by intellectual property rights in France and worldwide. Any total or partial reproduction of these elements or the website without Anselin Louis's written permission is strictly prohibited. These elements are Anselin Louis’s exclusive property.
If you manage a website and wish to create a direct hyperlink to the website, you must request written permission from Anselin Louis. Such permission will not be granted permanently, and the link must be removed upon Anselin Louis's request.
Any representation or reproduction, whether total or partial, of the website and its content, by any means, without the express prior authorization of Anselin Louis, is prohibited and may constitute an infringement under Articles L.335-2 and following, as well as Articles L.713-1 and following, of the French Intellectual Property Code.
