Delivery

Anselin Louis delivers to France, all EU countries, and select international destinations. Orders are prepared within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), or up to 3 working days during peak times (e.g., Christmas, sales).


Delivery methods available include:

  • Home delivery or pickup points for mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, and Andorra;
  • Home delivery or pickup points for other European countries;
  • Home delivery for non-EU countries.


Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and order amount. Specific regions may have free delivery for orders over a certain value, while others may have varying shipping costs based on the delivery method chosen.


Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address. Incorrect or missing details may result in failed delivery, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Article 8.1

Delivery Times

Delivery times indicated on the website are estimates and reflect average processing and delivery times, excluding any unforeseen events or force majeure situations beyond Anselin Louis's control (such as customs, transport delays, weather conditions, etc.). While Anselin Louis strives to ensure timely delivery, the delivery date is not guaranteed. To help meet these deadlines, you must provide accurate and complete delivery information (e.g., street number, building number, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers).


Article 8.2

Delivery in Overseas Territories

Delivery in overseas territories typically occurs within ten (10) working days from order receipt, excluding any unforeseen events or force majeure situations that could delay delivery, independently of Anselin Louis’s control.


Article 8.3

International Delivery

International delivery is typically completed within fifteen (15) working days from order receipt, excluding any unforeseen events or force majeure situations that could delay delivery, independently of Anselin Louis’s control.


Article 8.4

Delivery Address

You can request that the items be delivered to your home, office, a third party, or even a vacation location, as well as to any other person of your choice. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided, which must be correct, complete, and sufficient to ensure proper delivery (including name, access codes, mobile phone number of the recipient, postal code, etc.). In case of an error in the delivery details, Anselin Louis will not be responsible for any failure to deliver the products. You are accountable for the information you provide.


Article 8.5

Absence at Delivery

If you're not present at the delivery address, the carrier will send a message offering the option to reschedule the delivery. If the package is not collected within the designated time frame, it will be returned to Anselin Louis. You will need to contact Anselin Louis's Customer Service to arrange reshipment, and shipping fees will apply.

If the package is returned due to non-collection, refusal of delivery, or refusal to pick up from a designated point, you can request reshipment by providing a new address, with shipping fees applicable.

If you request a refund, a fee will be deducted to cover the shipping costs. If the Customer fails to retrieve the package within the legal time, and it does not reach Anselin Louis (e.g., lost during reshipment), the Customer assumes responsibility and will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.


Article 8.6

Track Your Package

Once your package leaves Anselin Louis's warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status on the carrier’s website (e.g., La Poste, GLS, Mondial Relay).

Each delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to you, as confirmed by the tracking information provided by the carrier.


Article 8.7

Delivery Delay

If the tracking system does not provide updated information, you should contact Anselin Louis’s Customer Service for an investigation. Delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., war, riots, fire, flooding, strikes, accidents, supply issues) relieve Anselin Louis of its delivery obligations. You are responsible for verifying the delivery upon arrival and should report any issues, including refusing the package if it appears damaged. Any claims must be sent to the applicable shipping company and selected carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
